Unexpected help during our stay

We arrived late, surprised by modern rooms and a welcoming front desk. Breakfast had everything we needed, and the wifi was fast. Moments away from the mall!

Only downside was the noisy air conditioning unit that disturbed our sleep at times. It could use some maintenance.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the

mall which made shopping easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spacious and modern, but the noise from the hallway was distracting at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The kids really enjoyed the close proximity to the Belisario Domínguez Auditorium for a fun evening event. We also appreciated the spacious double room with plenty of comfort for our family to relax after a long day exploring.

My kids wished there was an on-site restaurant for family dining.

My stay at city express by marriott in comitan de dominguez was fantastic! The modern design and cleanliness exceeded my expectations during this birthday celebration. The breakfast offered a good variety of freshly baked pastries.

The stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and eager to help. My room was modern and very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. A shopping mall is right next door.

I was welcomed by sleek designs and spacious rooms! Everything from the fresh linens to the fast wifi. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a delicious spread-think scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and muffins galore!

The dining area seating is severely lacking!!! It would be nice to have dedicated seating that accommodates more guests comfortably. The access to the mall could be promoted better for those unfamiliar with the area!!!

We booked this hotel last minute due to a roadblock to San Cristobal. The staff provided excellent service, helping us contact our original hotel. The spacious, modern room and fast wifi. Breakfast offered great options. Conveniently located near the mall!

The room felt modern and had plenty of space to move around. Breakfast did not disappoint. it had a good variety including toast, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruit. Fast WiFi allowed me to stay connected easily. The mall right next door made it convenient for grabbing snacks or shopping. On the downside, the dining area felt a bit cramped during breakfast. I struggled to find seating, which made the experience less enjoyable. A little improvement in that area would go a long way. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with my stay and the service provided.

From skeptic to believer

I was struck by the modern, spacious rooms and the friendly, helpful staff who made my stay easy. The breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety, and I enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi too.

Unfortunately, the early check-in experience was frustrating, taking too long and resulting in a room key that didn't work. This left me feeling quite displeased despite the amenities offered.
